Hola, I’m Brianna…but you can call me Bri too and I am the owner of Brianna Macias & Company, our Lead Makeup Artist as well as a Licensed Esthetician in California and Colorado. I am Mexican-American, born & raised in Orange County, California and bilingual so I’m known to become besties with your tias 🙂

I said “I DO” to weddings over a decade ago as a Soft Glam Makeup Artist in Orange Count and have been doing soft glam looks across the country ever since. Although I traded in the Southern California coast for the Colorado rockies five years ago, these two beautiful places are the only places that have felt like home…so far 😉

Life Lately

It has been five years since I packed my bags and said “see ya later” to the west coast to start a new chapter in the wild west. I have to admit that moving right before a global pandemic was not a breeze (and some may say horrible timing) but I did it and it forced me to adapt to the ever-changing industry. To be honest – plenty of solo drives + iced coffee + loud music were needed to get through it though…LOL I still decided that I wanted to focus on California, Colorado and Destination weddings. I have now had the honor of glamming clients in Montana, North Carolina, Washington, Utah, Kansas City, London, New York and of course California + Colorado…the list continues and I’m so grateful for every opportunity to learn about new places, cultures and meet new people.

Whether I am doing a coastal wedding in California, a mountain wedding in Colorado or an adventure/destination wedding in Yosemite…my happy place is forever in front of a chair. Not on a normal day but a special day in someone’s life knowing that I am part of a potential proposal, an awaited engagement, someones’s dream wedding, a maternity shoot for someone who may have thought they could never be a mother, a business’s first photo shoot for an e-comm brand, etc. ​I can truly say that serving others in this way, brings my heart complete happiness!

SOLO ADVENTURES | Not only do I enjoy solitude, I find it absolutely necessary for my soul. As creators, we give so much all of the time, especially on wedding days. So typically the day after working weddings, I find myself taking solo day trips to quiet places…even if it’s just catching the sunset.

ICED COFFEE | Look…I didn’t choose the iced coffee life, the iced coffee life chose me! Iced Hazelnut Latte every single time.

COLD WEATHER + MOUNTAINS | Yes, this Southern California girl grew up in the wrong climate! I love the cold weather, snow and mountain life even though I hate driving in the snow. Who actually enjoys it though…
