Important things + Policies

  • Complete the Booking Form and I'll respond within 24hrs to confirm team availability for your date.
  • Once confirmed, I'll send you a contract that you can sign digitally! (total number of services, schedule & location information needed) and 50% retainer of total services is required (can be paid digitally, no checks needed here) to secure the date. Remaining balance is due two weeks prior to event date.

What is the process once I'm ready to book?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK?

  • WEDDINGS: Currently I am booking 12 months out for Colorado and 18 months out for California and Destinations. 
  • ALL OTHER BOOKINGS: Currently I am booking with 24-hour notice (Nov-April) and 30-day notice in peak wedding season (May-Oct)
  • Some dates are more popular than others so just inquire as soon as you have your date - complete the booking form ASAP. It's never too late to book either because we just might have an opening in our books for you!

Is there a service minimum & will you come to my venue?

  • Yes! We are 100% mobile which means we can accommodate you whether you are getting ready at your home, venue or hotel! Additional valet parking fee will be added to the contract. We require a minimum of five services (Bride + 4 wedding party)  for Friday through Sunday events.

What is a Bridal Preview?

  • Commonly referred to as a Bridal Trial. It is a 1.5 hour consultation/makeup preview where you and the artist can create the perfect look for your special day. Currently, previews are only scheduled Monday-Thursday and some weekends upon availability. We recommend scheduling this within three months of the event date if scheduling allows.

Do you OFFER airbrush? What is the difference between traditional & airbrush makeup?

  • Yes, we offer both traditional and airbrush makeup. Airbrush add-on to any service is $25 per person.
  • Traditional - is a Liquid, cream, and/or pressed powder that is usually applied with a sponge, brush or finger tips.
  • Airbrush - We use Temptu products (silicone based) and it is a light-weight liquid makeup applied through an air gun and compressor. It will even out skin tone, but does not correct texture problems with the skin such as pores, acne, etc. 

Do you provide services for Tattoo Coverage?

  • Yes. This must be discussed before event date. Additional fees will be determined based off the size and color.

Do you do hair too?

  • We currently only specialize in makeup artistry, however, we do partner with a few local professional hairstylists who, if needed, provide their services on-site as well.

Can I hire you for the entire day?

How much time will you need to complete services?

  • Yes! Add the Bridal Touchup Service for the ultimate VIP experience, for just $100/hour, booked hourly only. 
  • If you opt-out: We use waterproof and long-lasting products but makeup is not permanent so touch-ups will most likely be necessary. For that reason we provide mini lip touchup kits for the wedding party and a premium touchup kit for the bride. We also recommend that each person pack a lipstick of their own and blot sheets at minimum.
  • WEDDINGS: We require 15 minutes before start time to setup, 45 minutes per wedding party attendee and 60-90 minutes pp for the Bride(s) and 15-30 minutes at the end for lip applications/touchups and then 15 minutes for teardown
  • SPECIAL EVENTS: We require 15 minutes before starte time to setup, up to 60 minutes for makeup and 15 minutes for teardown

What if I need an Additional Artist?

  • We require five services per artists so if you do meet that then we include an additional artist at no charge, If you do not meet that minimum then an additional artist or assistant may be requested if there is a large group and if services need to be done within a limited time. The additional fee is $225 and will be included in the contract.

Is the cost of transportation included in my quote?

  • Local Travel Fee is $1.50/mile roundtrip from 92841 in Orange County, CA and 80123 in Denver, CO. Additional fees such as toll road & hotel valet parking will be added to the contract
  • Out of State/Country Travel Fee: please view below

Do you provide services for destination weddings?

  • Yes! We travel worldwide for all couples in love! Please note that flights, accommodations, daily rates and stipend will be added to the quote.
